Sometimes, and it can happen anywhere at any time you’ve got too much going on and you might forget a thing or two- like when I was making succotash the other day - I started a second project and turned my first one into a carbon zone (see top photo ->). Normal washing won’t rectify this situation but if you follow the procedure detailed in the clip below you can restore your good pot back to glory.

When “fixing” something in the kitchen rarely is there a better tool than a good pot to get the job done. Here’s a picture of my favorite one- for over twenty years it has really been a good pot.
